By accessing or using the Kingdom Study mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
About Kingdom Study
Kingdom Study is a faith-based social platform operated by KaddaTechnologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), designed to connect church communities and facilitate spiritual growth through prayer, fellowship, and shared experiences.
Eligibility
Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- We reserve the right to request age verification
Account Accuracy
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Faith-Based Content: Share prayers, devotions, and spiritual experiences
- Community Building: Connect with church members and faith communities
- Educational Content: Access and share religious educational materials
- Event Participation: Join church events and activities
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Harassment: Bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Hate Speech: Post discriminatory or offensive content
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages or promotional content
- False Information: Share misleading or fraudulent content
- Legal Violations: Engage in illegal activities
- Inappropriate Content: Post sexually explicit or violent material
- Intellectual Property: Infringe on copyrights or trademarks
- Privacy Violations: Share others' personal information without consent
User-Generated Content
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You are responsible for the content you post
- You must have rights to any content you share
Content Standards
All content must:
- Align with Christian values and principles
- Respect the dignity of all individuals
- Comply with applicable laws
- Be appropriate for a faith-based community
Content Moderation
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Monitor and review user-generated content
- Report illegal activity to authorities
Reporting and Blocking
- Public prayer requests are screened for objectionable language before they are posted
- You can report any community prayer from its detail view and block its author; prayers from people you block no longer appear on your community wall
- We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that violates these Terms, and eject users who post it

Privacy and Data
Data Collection
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Firebase Services
We use Google Firebase services, which are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our Rights

- All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

Third-Party Video Content and YouTube
Kingdom Study uses YouTube API Services to search for, display metadata about, and embed publicly available video content, including sermons, via the official YouTube player.
By using Kingdom Study, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Video content is hosted by YouTube and its respective content owners, not by KaddaTechnologies Inc. Kingdom Study is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or the individual channels, churches, or speakers whose content is displayed. We do not host, download, or re-distribute any video files.
If you are a rights holder and believe content is displayed in error, contact us at support@kaddatechnologies.com and we will remove the reference promptly.
Church and Community Features
Directory Access
- Directory information is shared with authenticated users
- You control your profile visibility settings
- Respect others' privacy and contact preferences
Prayer Sharing
- Public prayers are visible to the community
- Private prayers remain confidential
- Use prayer features respectfully and appropriately
Event Attendance
- Attendance tracking helps improve community engagement
- Event information may be shared with organizers
- Respect event guidelines and policies
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Services
- Basic app features are provided free of charge
- We reserve the right to introduce paid features
Future Premium Features
- Premium features may require subscription
- Pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
Refunds

- We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KADDATECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from user-generated content
- Service interruptions or technical failures
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KaddaTechnologies Inc. from any claims arising from:

Termination

- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
- Before taking any formal action, contact us at support@kaddatechnologies.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally
- We will work in good faith to resolve disputes
Courts
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Texas, and you and KaddaTechnologies Inc. consent to the jurisdiction of those courts
Changes to Terms
Notification
We may modify these Terms by:
- Posting updated Terms in the app
- Sending email notifications
- Providing reasonable advance notice
Acceptance
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
