Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kingdom Study account inside the app, or ask us to delete it by email.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
3. Type delete account and tap Continue.
4. Sign in again with one of your sign-in methods (password, Google, or Apple) to confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, profile, conversations, photos, course progress, prayer history, sermons, and related data. The AI chat messages and profile details kept by Pinecone are removed when you delete your account.

Ask us to delete it by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@kaddatechnologies.com and ask us to delete your account.

What happens to your data

We retain your information:

• Active Accounts: While your account remains active
• Deleted Accounts: 30 days after account deletion
• Legal Requirements: As required by applicable law
• Backup Data: Up to 90 days in secure backups
